holistic rituals, the award-winning Susanne Kaufmann face, bath, and body collection is designed to support skin,
stimulate its natural processes, and help bring it back to optimal condition.
We treat our guests using a range of massage techniques including lymphatic drainage, fascial release, shiatsu,
deep tissue, and trigger point work to deliver true holistic benefits—ensuring that every stroke, every move,
every product always has purpose.
Our treatment menus are designed to provide efficacy, clarity, and transparency, driven by visible results and the
sensorial journey.

Born and raised in Bregenzerwald, an idyllic region nestled in the Austrian Alps, founder Susanne Kaufmann grew up surrounded by nature and local beauty rituals that provided endless inspiration, within a tight-knit community that prides itself on selfsustainability and local, artisan craftsmanship passed down for generations.
After graduating from the hotel management school “Centre International de Glion” in Montreux, Susanne confidently assumed leadership of Hotel Post in Bezau, a property that has been in the Kaufmann family since the 1950s.
One of Susanne’s first initiatives was to develop the hotel’s spa with its own range of signature beauty treatments, focused on results and the sensorial journey.
Fast forward to today, the award-winning spa at Hotel Post is a globally recognized wellness destination, and its carefully curated, high-performance treatments are
offered in luxury spa destinations around the world.
